Junior visited for 10 days before he heads to C-17 Load Masters School down in Texas, Oklahoma, Florida and Washington state. It was a good visit,relaxing and non-stressful.
Emily was of course greatly neglected.

Junior visited for 10 days before he heads to C-17 Load Masters School down in Texas, Oklahoma, Florida and Washington state. It was a good visit,relaxing and non-stressful.

The House is Sold
We received a full price offer on the house within 2 weeks of having it listed. The appraisal came back good and the engineering/housing inspection just found a few minor things we needed to fix. A little moss on the roof we hit with zinc sulfate, some sealing around the power vents in the attic, replacement of one partially rotted deck railing, and shoring up one floor joist that had been cut by the plumbers when the house was built.
We close on 16 April and may try to leave here early and head to the farm. We are ready.
